FORMER BURSON-MARSTELLER DIRECTOR CREATES CADOGAN COMMUNICATIONS
Consultancy shaped to share Fortune 500 best practices to Florida Small Business.

WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, February 1, 2015—In what many communications observers herald as a positive economic indicator along with a positive sign of the times, Robert Cadogan today announced the creation of Cadogan Communications, LLC, which will serve South Florida exclusively for public relations, reputation & crisis management, social media, advertising and other marketing services. The company will also conduct media relations throughout the state of Florida, nationally, and internationally. Cadogan said he is thrilled to start his consultancy, which will offer traditional PR services, but also utilize his specialties of crisis and issues management and social media for clients.

Cadogan said that he continues to see an increase of new entrepreneurs entering the marketplace, which goes hand-in-hand with a need for comprehensive public relations services. Considering that 60% of Florida’s economic engine is based on small business, Cadogan said he is excited to enter the marketplace. He said that he’ll be able to offer clients big agency thinking at boutique prices.

“Florida’s small business is the backbone of our economy, and I’m honored to enter the marketplace to offer a suite of services that can be used by all. This is a great day for our entrepreneurs as they bring their new skills and products to the marketplace, and I bring a superb level of service and consultation,” said Robert Cadogan, Managing Partner for Cadogan Communications. “There are ever-changing developments within communicating to the marketplace, and I look forward to consulting with current and prospective clients to grow their business.”

Cadogan added that he sees construction growing rapidly as evidenced by Florida's construction employment growing by 8.9 percent in 2014, adding 34,300 construction jobs. As construction firms expand their payrolls, reports of shortages of construction labor are growing. More than 1 million workers left the industry over the past four years.

According to Cadogan, the increased use of PESO channels to communicate towards respective stakeholders allows business to establish and nurture a dialogue with consumers, as well as measure its effectiveness to ensure ROI.
